I think it’s well-advised for every soul on earth to work on our collective psychological, emotional and spiritual experiences of all people of the world in which we live.

If this is something you’ve successfully managed to overlook, you’re not alone. However, it is never too late to start. There are so many levels of life that affect our immune system and stress is the biggest perpetrator around.

So, how does this all play out during a pandemic? In a time such as this when all the people of the world are waking up to fear, it’s time to stop it in its tracks by filling ourselves up with as much love as possible.

Morning meditations are a great way to start our days with hope and love. But there are are also other things we can all do.

Bolster Your Immune System with These 4 Tips

Personally, my first thoughts in the morning seem to shape my day. Although, I must interject that we can stop at any point in our day to begin again with a better outlook.

However, I take conscious steps in the morning to create positive thoughts instead of the dread that comes so easily with these types of happenings that we are all living through today.

Here is an outline of suggestions for morning positive activities to make the rest of your day go a little bit smoother.

➊ Meditate for Immunity

Either use your favorite methods or do a little research and find your favorite method, but please take meditation seriously. It is a miracle we can each turn to relax and relieve stress induces illnesses.

➋ Stretching & Yawning for Health

Seems simple but it wakes up the body and gives us a fresh outlook on the day. It doesn’t have to be difficult or perfect. You only have to do it. For instance, I tend to get pain in my left shoulder as the day goes on – and it’s simply from sitting in the same position as I work from my computer.

So, I have a series of quick and effective exercises that I do in the morning and throughout the day. The best part is, it only takes a few minutes to get refreshed and back to work.

This is now especially important because so many people are using the alternative to work from home to protect themselves and their families. Remember to get up every 30 minutes or so to move around and do your stretches.

Keeping your body in good condition helps keep your immune system in great working order.

➌ Food As a Supplement

What we put into our bodies is so important. I’ve searched online and it’s hard to find a decent bottle of Vitamin C due to all of the shortages! So, what can we do? We can think of food as a supplement. It is, after all, the original supplement.

Eat the right foods for your body! Do your research, and seek out the foods highest in antioxidants. Some of my favorite super foods are listed below for your convenience.

➍ Healing Music

Healing music is one of my favorites for the relief of stress. There were times in the last few years when I had it on all day long and had the earplugs in at night to fall asleep. I honestly am so grateful I have this medium to turn to and I hope it helps you as well.
