Solfeggios are purposefully incorporated into a style of music recordings that produce a particular energy. Interestingly, solfeggio healing music is a form of energy that humans have learned to measure and reproduce to benefit our well-being and that of our world.

You might have noticed that in our category of Eternal Spirits, I have placed several posts that contain healing music videos. This naturally begs the question, “How do I use sound vibration to heal spiritually, mentally, or physically and why is Susan so interested in this?”
The videos in my playlists are based on my own life-long quest for knowledge about myself, my family, and healing in general. Moreover, I strongly believe that if you ask the question, the teacher will appear and this is no exception.

What is Sound?
First, I think the definition of ‘sound’ is a good place to begin to explore this subject.
In physics, sound is a vibration that typically propagates as an audible wave of pressure, through a transmission medium such as a gas, liquid or solid. In human physiology and psychology, sound is the reception of such waves and their perception by the brain. VIA Wikipedia
Definition of Frequency
Next, we need a definition of ‘frequency’.
Frequency is measured in the number of sound vibrations in one second. A healthy ear hears sounds of very low frequency, 20 Hertz (or 20 cycles per second), to a very high frequency of 20,000 Hertz. The middle C key on a piano creates a 262 Hertz tone. VIA Dangerous Decibels
Definition of Solfeggio Frequencies
Then, a definition of ‘Solfeggio Frequencies’ is in order. Now we’re getting down to a fascinating part of this learning process and a very important piece of the music history of European culture. So, what exactly is a solfeggio frequency?
Solfeggio frequencies make up the ancient 6-tone scale used in sacred music, including the beautiful and well known Gregorian Chants. The chants and their special tones impart spiritual blessings when sung in harmony. Each Solfeggio tone is a frequency which balances your energy and keeps your body, mind and spirit in perfect harmony.
The original Solfeggio scale was developed by a Benedictine monk, Guido d’Arezzo (c. 991 AD – c. 1050 AD). It was used by singers to learn chants and songs more easily. Today we know the Solfeggio scale as seven ascending notes assigned to the syllables Do-Re-Mi-Fa-So-La-Ti. The original scale was six ascending notes assigned to Ut-Re-Mi-Fa-Sol-La. The syllables for the scale were taken from a hymn to St. John the Baptist, Ut Queant Laxis, written by Paulus Diaconus. VIA Attuned Vibrations

Use as a Therapeutic Tool
These are the claims by the experts. Again, solfeggio frequencies are a therapeutic healing tool to help us manifest balance in every area of our existence. Plus, the interesting thing about energy frequencies is that it isn’t a matter of belief. Rather, if we are in this Universe, we share these frequencies infinitely.
