Exercise; 4 Ways to Reduce Anxiety

Exercise, like meditation, can be a time for you to be singular with your thoughts. Even in a loud, crowded gym you can put on your headphones, climb on a machine and away you go into your own world. Amazingly, in any form, exercise is a stress reducer.

Anxiety Ruled My Life

I participated in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy about 2 years ago. Now, I look back and clearly see the anxiety I lived with on a daily basis throughout my life and therefore, how anxiety ruled my life.
