Music is an amazing healing tool to add to your toolbox for trauma, anxiety, and stress. The goal of healing music is to surround yourself with the right vibrations to bring peace and serenity to your inner being.
Try out different types and sounds until you find something that really works for you. Also, setting up a daily routine and sticking to it increases the benefits of listening to it. Another good idea is to find a quiet place in your home and set it up for daily healing music listening and meditating.

Headphones, of course, give you better clarity and sound, so they are preferable. But, if you’re like me and have grandchildren around, those headphones seem to grow legs and walk. But, that’s OK. You can listen to this type of music anywhere with or without headphones. You can even listen to it in the car to lower your stress during rush hour.
It’s also a good way to muffle the sounds of roommates making noise or neighborhood noise. Anything that stresses you out can be made better by listening to healing music.
