Today while browsing through through a few random websites, something suddenly caught my attention. You see, I have thought processes that I go through regularly to keep myself in balance. It’s knowledge that I’ve picked up along the way from a friend, a book, a therapist, or life’s experiences.
But, the point is, I didn’t write them down. Then, this morning I saw an offer on a website for a journal of worksheets for mental health and after looking at them, I got one of those light bulb moments. 💡 I went to work researching journals and got some great design inspirations to create journals for you to download and print from the convenience of your home computer.
➼ Your daily balance journals for triggers, truths, and self-discovery.
Through the use of daily journals, some report that they are able to identify triggers and responses which helps in reducing recurrences of anxieties. It’s also a great way to track your life from day to day and look back to see where you’re improving or perhaps need more work.
To use these journals, find a quiet space to be alone with your thoughts and unwind. Take some deep breaths. You might even burn some incense. Then, sit down with pencil or pen and print out in hand and begin your journal. If you don’t have a quiet space set aside in your home for reflection or meditation, perhaps now is a good time to consider it.
This journal was created in Canva and I invite you to see how easy and how much fun it is to use Canva. Go ahead and join free to try it out but, you probably won’t stay with the free version for long. I didn’t. In fact, I went to premium early on. Why? Simply because it’s too easy and too much fun. I subscribe to Adobe Creative Suite but rarely use it anymore because Canva gives me such incredible results for my efforts. Let’s not forget that creativity is an excellent stress reducer!

➼ Your free Daily Gratitude Journal for downloading and printing.
I got busy on Canva and designed a Daily Gratitude Journal my readers. This is in an 8.5″X11″ size for easy printing. Of course, you’re perfectly welcome to print it in gray-scale if you don’t want to use all your color ink. You can also print only your favorite pages and leave the rest! It’s entirely up to you. This is your daily journal so make it your own.
Then, you can punch three holes in them and put them in a binder. In fact, the cover image and the last page are great for a front and back insert into a clear view binder! Below is a n “Earths Choice” option made with plant-based plastic.
I plan to create more journals so, download, print, journal, send me your suggestions and come back later for more Beautiful Journals, designed by Elegant Content Guru for Beautiful Lives by Susan. Simply click on the image below and your PDF document will download instantly.
